Meet the Team
James Foster – Director / Mortgage & Protection Adviser
James established JF Financial Solutions in 2017 having worked in the financial services industry since 2006. He has a degree in Business & Economics and a CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting.
He specialises in helping Self Employed clients secure the right mortgage but covers all other customer types. James has an open and honest approach when speaking to clients and understands the key to great advice is knowing your customer; handling each case with as much thought and importance as if it were his own.
Outside of work James enjoys spending time with family, including his two children Archie and Edith. He also loves reading, walking, gardening and watching sports including his favourite team Manchester City.

Debbi – Mortgage Administrator
Debbi joined the team in February 2022. She has worked in financial services for nearly 40 years, a number of which have been spent in mortgage underwriting and administration roles.
Debbi is married with 2 grown up daughters and a grand-kitten called Royce. She enjoys gardening, upcycling, holidays in Cyprus and the odd glass of gin!
